EVENTS FOR NATIONAL HERITAGE WEEK 2022
Hello again. It has been a while since I wrote, but the spring and summer so far have been a whirlwind of activity. This week is National Heritage Week and although I have been posting on social media about Irish Fibre Crafters’ events, I wanted to send this message to personally invite those receiving emails to these daily activities. Here is a listing of what is on. The studio/gallery will be open each day from 11am to 5pm, so drop by if you get the chance and participate.
Also on Saturday, to end the week in a special way, we will be collaborating with the Science Foundation of Ireland and iCrag to emphasize climate change and how sustainable crafting can help. This will be held in the Labane Hall from 10:30 to 2pm and here is the link to find out more: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/purls-of-wisdom-with-irish-fibre-crafters-tickets-388124690397 This should be an informative and fun filled experience for the entire family.
All activities and events are free, so please come by.
